By accessing or using the BNEX mobile application or web services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. User Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is applicable. Additional age restrictions may apply under law.
- You must provide a valid mobile number and complete the required verification process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your device, account access and session tokens, and for activity carried out through your account.
- You must not impersonate another person or create automated bot accounts without BNEX’s written approval.
- Provide accurate information and keep your business profile reasonably up to date.
2. Prohibited Conduct and Community Guidelines
You must not transmit, upload or distribute content or use BNEX to facilitate:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics or unregulated pharmaceuticals.
- Pornographic or explicit adult content, non-consensual imagery or sexual exploitation.
- Weapons, firearms, explosives, ammunition, violent threats, murder or hate speech.
- Hacking tools, ransomware, financial fraud, phishing, stolen credentials or carding.
- Unsolicited spam, repetitive promotional flooding, scams, harassment or unlawful activity.
BNEX may review reports and use available moderation and safety systems. Violations may result in message removal or cancellation, temporary suspension, account restrictions or permanent termination, subject to applicable law and platform procedures.
3. Multi-Direct and Broadcast Messaging
Multi-direct messages sent to multiple recipients may be subject to review and authorisation by a BNEX Super Administrator before delivery, where that functionality is provided. Official broadcasts sent by authorised Super Admin or Broadcast Admin accounts may display a BNEX announcement identifier. Users should verify the source of messages before relying on them.
4. Business Catalogue and Products
- Business users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, availability, description and fulfilment of products or services they list.
- Users must comply with laws and must not list prohibited goods, counterfeit merchandise or dangerous items.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for independently evaluating counterparties, product details, pricing, shipping, taxes, warranties and other transaction terms.
- BNEX provides tools to facilitate discovery and communication; it does not guarantee the conduct, quality, legality or performance of any buyer or seller.
5. Orders, Payments and Transactions
BNEX may facilitate product discovery, direct ordering and buyer–seller coordination. Unless BNEX separately introduces and expressly describes a payment service, payments are made directly between buyers and sellers and BNEX does not act as a payment intermediary. Buyers and sellers should agree on payment, delivery, returns and dispute handling directly and keep appropriate transaction records.
6. User Content and Communications
You are responsible for content you submit or share and must have the rights and permissions necessary to do so. Do not share confidential or personal information with people who should not receive it. Content shared in a group may be visible to group members and may be copied or saved by recipients. You must use chat, calls, groups and file sharing lawfully and respectfully.
7. Service Availability and Changes
BNEX is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every feature will always be available. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
8. Suspension and Termination
BNEX may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for a breach of these terms, platform safety, suspected fraud, legal compliance or a lawful request from a competent authority. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address an issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BNEX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers, business interruptions or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users should conduct their own due diligence before transactions.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the information governing use of BNEX.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
